1960 - 1970
Began a career in dance
as a member of the cast in
the musical “My Fair Lady”
in Amsterdam, Holland. Moved on as a dancer with the "Cologne Opera Ballet", in Cologne, Germany, where I worked with Maurice Béjart, John Cranko and
Todd Bolender.

Received a Dutch Government grant and a Rockefeller grant to study at the “School of American Ballet”, George Balanchine director. Became a soloist with the "American Ballet Theatre”,
was a protégé of Antony Tudor, worked with Jerome Robbins,
Agnes De Mille.

Choreographed my first ballet “Lilting Fate” for the “American Ballet Theatre”
